Gel Art Lanterns

Our Gel Art Lanterns may resemble resin at first glance, but they are handcrafted from crystal-clear gel wax, a candle-safe blend of mineral oil and polymer resin. Unlike resin, gel wax remains soft and flexible, allowing flowers, seashells, and other decorative elements to appear beautifully suspended within the lantern. This creates a clean floating effect and exceptional depth that is difficult to achieve in larger resin pieces.

Gel wax is used purely as a decorative medium and is not intended for burning. These lanterns are designed to be illuminated with an LED candle light. When stored away from direct sunlight, gel wax maintains its clarity for years. Indoor lighting, including fluorescent lighting, will not affect its appearance.

 

Botanical Art Lanterns

Our Botanical Art Lanterns are handcrafted from high-quality paraffin wax, chosen for its beautiful semi-translucent qualities.

Dried flowers and botanical elements are carefully embedded within the wax to create a soft, natural composition. When illuminated, the lantern emits a gentle glow that highlights the delicate colours and textures within, creating a warm and calming atmosphere.

These lanterns can be safely enjoyed with an LED candle light or our specially designed glass-container soy candle insert, letting you enjoy the beauty of real candlelight while protecting the lantern.

 

Botanical Art Candles

Inspired by European & Japanese botanical artistry, our Botanical Lantern Candles are designed to be enjoyed in two beautiful stages.

At the centre is a natural soy wax candle core, surrounded by preserved flowers embedded within a translucent botanical lantern. As the candle burns, the floral shell softly illuminates from within, revealing the flowers in an ever-changing glow.

But unlike an ordinary candle, its story does not end when the wax is gone.

Once the soy wax core has finished burning, the botanical shell remains as a lasting lantern. Simply place an LED tealight inside and continue enjoying its gentle glow for years to come.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, making every lantern unique. Art Candles can also be custom-made in your favourite colours and floral designs, creating a truly personal keepsake or gift.
