Kids Birthday Workshop

Recommended age: 10 years and above

Group size: 4 - 8 children

Birthday Party - Products & Prices:

 

1. Glass Figurine Decor Candle

    Small jar (D6.5xH9cm, 3 x figurines) - $25 per child

    Medium jar (D8xH9cm, 4 x figurines, the lid has a colour-changing LED light) - $30 per child

 

2. Ocean Gel Lantern (one size, 1 x LED light)

  - $22 per child

 

Workshop Fee:

  - $140 per party for 2.5 hours

This includes:

・30 minutes of setup before the party

・1 hour guided workshop

・30-40 minutes of gel-wax pouring, cooling time and tidy-up (children enjoy free play)

・20-30 minutes for gift wrapping and photo time (cake time can be included here)

 

What Children Will Create:

Children design their own art candle or lantern using coloured sand, miniature glass figurines (sea animals, dog, Christmas pieces), natural seashells, sparkles, and gemstones. Our staff gently guides them step‑by‑step and completes each piece with a smooth gel‑wax pour and beautiful gift wrapping.

 

Safety & Requirements:

・Our coloured sand is Australian-made and non-toxic.

・Electricity is required near the workshop table (extension cord provided).

・Please ensure children stay away from the electricity area where staff use a mini electric stove to melt the gel-wax, which can reach temperatures of up to 100°C. 

・A table and chairs are required; a table cover is provided.

・Service is available within the Gold Coast only.

 

Cancellation & Payment:

・Cancellations made 7 days before the party date will receive a full refund of the workshop fee.

・Cancellations made within 6 days, including the day before and the day of the event, are not refundable due to material preparation and scheduling.

・The workshop fee is paid at the time of booking.

・The product fee can be paid one day before the party, once the number of children is confirmed (minimum of 4 children). A full refund is available for product fees if the party is cancelled.

・ Rescheduling is available free of charge, depending on availability.
